Privacy notice

Blooms by Prashadi is a small florist in Nuneaton run by Prashadi. This notice explains, in plain English, what we do with your details under UK data protection law (UK GDPR).

What we collect

Only what you type into our order request form: your name, email, phone number (if you give it), the date you need, the delivery address and your notes.

Why

• To reply to your request, confirm the price and arrange your flowers and delivery.
• Our lawful basis is taking steps you asked for before a sale (contract).

We don't send marketing emails, we don't sell or share your details, and we don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

Where it's kept

Form submissions are passed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), an email-forwarding service, to our Outlook inbox. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. We keep order details for as long as we need them for the order and our records, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time. Email bloomsbyshadi@outlook.com and we'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
